A staged community

Rapids Landing is a master-planned community that began in a staged basis in 2007. Currently there are approximately 400 family homes with another 100 to be built in Stages 9-11 over the next 4 years. Rapids is now an established growing community with a modern ecological approach to delivering premium housing. The plan includes the all-important new entry statement where Leschenaultia Avenue has recently been connected with John Archibald Drive, and the next step at this location is construction of a village hub.

The long-term master plan is all about creating a family friendly community close to town with excellent amenities, surrounded by parklands.
